Syed Ayaz Mahmood has to his credit, thirty four years of illustrious career with the Inland Revenue Service of Pakistan, which he joined in 1985 after successfully completing for the 13th Common Training Program of Central Superior Services. He has served in various capacities such asDirector Intelligence & Investigation (IR), Chief Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad and Chief Commissioner Large Taxpayer's Unit (LTU), Karachi. Before his superannuation in 2019, he served as Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue at Karachi as Accountant Member. Before joining the Federal Insurance Ombudsman Pakistan as Advisor to the Ombudsman, he also served the Federal Tax Ombudsman from April 20a 9 to June 2020.

Abdus Subhan Memon is a former PAS Officer who had a distinguished career in Civil Service, Who has served in key position of Federal and Provincial Governments. He remained Deputy Commissioner in Badin, Umarkot, Sanghar, and Dadu, in Sindh Province and DCO of Sibi Bolochistan. He also served as Home Secretory Gilgit Baltistan. As a Provincial Secretary to Government of Sindh, he headed Land Utilization, Population Welfare, Excise and Taxation, Women Development and inter-provincial Coordination Departments. He has been Chairman Chief Minster's Inspection, Inquiry & Implementation Team and also remained Acting Chief Secretary of Sindh from March, 2011 T to June, 201 T. He is a highly qualified officer with humble decent and composed personality. He joined Federal Insurance Ombudsman as Advisor in 2022.

Syed Irtiqa Hussain nsc, joined Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources in 1990 and subsequently from 1992 remained associated with Ministry of Defense till superannuation in November, 2023. He is a graduate of National Defense University, a premier Armed Forces degree awarding authority. responsible for conducting "National Secui1ty War Course", a mandatory training for Officers from Armed Forces and Senior Servants. He remained a coordinating participant for National Media Workshops held under the auspicious of Institute for Strategic Studies, Research and Analysis (ISSRA) aT NDU. He received different Security, Research & Analysis trainings from domestic and foreign Defense Institutes. Hafiz ur Rehmanjoined Federal Insurance Ombudsman as Consultant Incharge Regional Office, Quetta in the month of January 2022. He is M.A LLB and member of Islamabad B:or Council. He has served Government of Pakistan for around 34 years. During his service tenure, he has worked at different organizations including Ministry of Information. Ministry of Housing & Works, Ministry of Livestock & Dairy Development, Ministry of Postal Services, and Council of Islamic ideology. After retirement he dispensed with legal consultancy for services matter at Federal Services Tribunal and Islamabad High Court. Currently, he is fully engaged in successfully promoting insurance matters and insurance right / obligations to the general public of remote province Balochistan.

He is a graduate of National School of Public Policy (erstwhile Pakistan Administrative Staff College), Lahore, Pakistan's premier institute for training of senior ranking officers in BS 20 and 21. His formal education includes M.Phil. in English Linguistics and Postgraduate degree in Law. During his career as a civil servant, lie has worked on various key administrative positions including Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Offices, Bahawalpur, Sargodha and Multan and Director General, Law, FBR. He was also selected Accountant Member, Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue, Lahore.

Syed Shah Jehan Shah is a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Technology and a former Director General, Agricultural Engg: Sindh, who had a distinguished career in Government Service, who has served in Key positions of Sindh Provincial Government. He remained posted in Sukkur, Hyderabad, Shikarpur, Ghotki, and Khandkol (Kashmore) and Executive Engineer in Sukkur and Thalia. He also served as Additional Director General, Planning and Monitoring Cell Agricultural Department Government of Sindh, Karachi. He has been Director General, Agricultural Engineering Sindh. He joined Federal Insurance Ombudsman as Consultant in 2023.

Mohtasum Abbasi joined Federal Insurance Ombudsman as Consultant Sukkur at Hyderabad in August 2021. He belongs to Provincial Services, (Ex-PCS) Sindh. He joined that cadre in 1992 and after completing training he served in various capacities in Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkanci, Sanghar, Badin and Thalia. He has served as Assistant Commissioner in Sehwan, Qcsimabad, Hyderabad, Tondo Allahyar, Badin and as Additional Deputy Commissioner in TandoAllahyar, Jamshoro, and also served as Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad and Jamshoro. He has vast experience of District administration and has remained as Field Officer throughout his service carrier. He actively participated in social activities and remains Administrator of Hyderabad Club and Red-Crescent Hospital Hyderabad.

Muhammad Umar Farooq a seasoned bureaucrat qualified Civil Superior Services Examination in 1982 and got inducted in Income Tax Group. Served in different capacities in CBR / FBR and retried as Commissioner IRS. During his 33 years of services. he protected and Collector. Worked as Departmental Representative in Income Tax Appellate Tribunal for 10 years. He also represented Government Revenue cases in superior courts. He has a vast experience in Legal / Administrative affairs. Apart from having a Master's. degree from Institute of Business Administration, he has experience in different skills such as IT Management, Managerial Skills. Communication Skills from prestigious IBA. He joined Federal Insurance Ombudsman Secretariat in early 2016 as Consultant.

Muhammad Ronaq Hayat has a Vast Experience in the field of Journalism and literature. He remained attached with the Government Sector for more than years, but simultaneously he affiliated himself with literacy activities. He is a known writer and a poet. He is author of seven books and rendered in valuable services in field of poetry and literature. Presently he has been working as Media Coordinator is FIO Secretariat and helps the institution with his professional capabilities to create public awareness.
Legal Consultant FIO Secretariat
Sajid Basheer Advocate is Life Member of the Bar Associations of the LHC and the SHC. He remain Legal Head of a highly reputed autonomous body with offices all over Pakistan. He represented his organization in the Superior Courts, successfully and competently. His opinions were upheld in the Superior Courts as well during Audit process, all along. Due to his commitment, he handled various projects and assignments of important nature by rendering dedicated legal support, including drafting ana vetting or related laws and contracts of Billions of Rupees. He also attended various conferences and courses outstandingly in Pakistan and abroad especially in UK, Singapore, Canada etc. In UK while representing at farewell dinner, the suggested changes in the Syllabus and Faculty of 6th weeks course on Contract and Commercial Law, which were expected. In 2014, he joined tne Federal Insurance Ombudsman Secretariat, as Legal Consultant and still continuing due to his valuable services.

Mobashir Naeem Siddiqui has a vast and varies experience of more than twenty five years in the field of Law, Accountability and strategic security in various prime Government Institution. He is a foreign qualified 'mediator'. His expertise in mediation and arbitration helps the timely disposal of Complaints with all tne satisfaction of both the parties. He joined the Federal Insurance Ombudsman, when the institution was in embryonic stage. His professional investigative swills, academic qualification and varied experience and proactive approach help this institution in manifold ways, as ne dedicated and devoted himself in the process of evolution of the institution during the period.
